Credit card policies &

 regards to appointments

Studio B Salon and Beauty Bar

STARTING JAN 1ST- ALL NEW CLIENTS TO THE SALON THAT ARE LOOKING TO BOOK A CHEMICAL SERVICE ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A CONSULTATION.

THE CHARGE FOR A CONSULT IS $50. After you come in for service the $50 will come off the services received that day.

THIS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. To cover the stylist's time.

IF THE APPOINTMENT OVER 3 HOURS WILL NEED TO PUT DOWN $100 TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT this total will be taken off at the end service.

 STRICT AND ENFORCED CANCELLATION & AND NO-SHOW POLICY

We request 24 hours' notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid cancellation fees. You must call the salon during the business hours to cancel your appointment. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keep our schedule filled, thus better-serving everyone. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance.

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. These fees will be expected to be paid before future visits. 

 

NO-SHOW, NO-CALL POLICY
 Any appointment that a client fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a “no-show.”

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. These fees will be expected to be paid before future visits.

Clients who frequently cancel or “No Show” appointments may be asked to not to return.​​

As stated in  January 1- 2023 all appointments will be held with a credit or debit card. To avoid a cancelation fee, please provide notice at least [24 hours] before your appointment. 

Cancellations less than [24 hours] from your appointment time are subject to 50% of that service. All credit card information provided is fully encrypted.

​If you choose not to keep your card on file you will need to pay in advance before each service Disclaimer: Client card data is fully encrypted and handled by your credit card processor. We only store a token of your credit/debit card information and never actually see your full information.​​Worldpay is our credit processor. Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your particular hair needs.If you have any questions on specific pricing, please ask your stylist as they will go over it during consultation.*Pricing Subject to change.​

SERVICE POLICY:

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your services Therefore, we do ask that you call us within 7 days of your service(s) for any changes that you may require. We are happy for the opportunity to make things right for you. We encourage you to see the stylist by whom you had original services.  But are also happy to book you with another stylist if need be.

WE DON'T REFUND SERVICES.

 

*PRODUCT POLICY:

We want you to love our products as much as we do. But if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied. Please ask to speak to the manager and let her know your concerns. Day(s) 1-7 of purchase. You will be able to exchange for one of equal or lesser value. If you chose a product that is greater in price then you will need to pay the difference. We carry all luxury haircare and er know you will love them as much as I we do.
