Policies:
Consultation Policy for Chemical Service
Consultation Requirement:
All new clients booking a chemical service must first schedule a consultation.
Consultation Fee:
The consultation fee is $50 * this is a service on its own. Non-Refundable Deposit:
The $50 consultation fee is non-refundable and covers the stylist’s time.
Extended Appointments: For appointments exceeding three hours, a $100 deposit is required.
This amount will be credited toward the total cost of services at the end of the appointment.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Our Policy:
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellations must be made by calling the salon during business hours.
This ensures we have time to notify clients on our waiting list and maintain a well-filled schedule.
Fees for Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
Cancellations within 24 hours: A fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged.
This fee must be paid before booking future appointments.
No-Call, No-Show: Failure to cancel or adjust your appointment will result in a
charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.
Frequent no-shows or last-minute
cancellations may result in a suspension of booking privileges.

Credit/Debit Card on File Policy
As of January 1, 2023, all appointments must be secured with a credit or debit card.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for changes.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service amount.
Credit card data is fully encrypted and handled securely through Meevopay.
If you prefer not to keep your card on file, prepayment for services will be required.

Pricing Policy
Service pricing is based on the time and products required to meet your hair needs.
As of 2025 we have added $3 to each service.
Prices are subject to change if additional time or product is necessary.
Your stylist will review any changes during your consultation.be
For specific pricing inquiries, please discuss them with your stylist prior before your appointment.

Service Satisfaction Policy
We want you to be fully- satisfied with your services.
If adjustments are needed please, contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
While we encourage you to return to your original stylist for adjustments.
We are happy to book you with another stylist if necessary.
Note: We do not offer refunds for services.​

Product Exchange Policy
We want you to love our luxury haircare products as much as we do.
If you are not completely satisfied,
please notify the manager within 7 days of purchase.
Products may be exchanged for one of equal or lesser value.
If exchanging for a higher-priced product, the difference must be paid.
Note: We do not offer refunds for products.
