 STRICT AND ENFORCED CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICYWe request 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid cancellation fees.You must call the salon during the business hours directly to cancel your appointment. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance.Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. These fees will be expected to be paid prior to future visits.

 

NO-SHOW, NO-CALL POLICY
 Any appointment that a client fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a “no-show.” Any appointment that is cancelled without 24 hour’s notice may also be considered under this policy.“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. These fees will be expected to be paid prior to future visits.Clients who frequently cancel or “No Show” appointments may be asked to prepay for future booked services or not to return.​​ Starting January 1- 2023 all appointments will be held with a credit or debit card. To avoid a cancelation fee, please provide notice at least [24 hours] prior to your appointment.Cancellations less than [24 hours] from your appointment time are subject to 50% of that service. All credit card information provided is fully encrypted.

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your services and products. Therefore, we do ask that you call us within 7 days of your service(s) for any changes that you may require. We are happy for the opportunity to make things right for you. We encourage that you see the stylist that you had original services by.  But are also happy to book you with another stylist if need be.

We want you to love our products as much as we do. But if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied. Please ask to speak to the manager and let her know your concerns. Day(s) 1-7 of purchase you will receive 100% towards your account or exchange for another product of the same value.Day(s) 8-14 days you will receive 75% credit towards your account or exchange for another product up to 75% value of purchased retail.After 14 days: Will receive 50% credit towards your account or exchange for another product up to 50% value of purchased retail.
